The service

AttestOS provides bot-verification tools (a proof-of-work widget, server-side token verification, passkeys, Private Access Token verification and AgentPass crawler decisions) "as is". Proof-of-work and the risk signals raise the cost of automated abuse; they don't guarantee that every bot is stopped or that every human passes. You remain responsible for your own security measures, including server-side rate limits.

Accounts and acceptable use

• One person or company per account; keep your password and secret keys safe. Rotate a secret if it leaks.
• Don't use AttestOS to attack, overload or probe others, to protect unlawful content, or to resell the free plan.
• Fair use: each plan includes the monthly verifications shown on the pricing page plus a 10% grace margin. We may rate-limit traffic that threatens the service.

Paid plans

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions sold through Whop, whose terms govern payment, taxes and refunds. You can cancel at any time in Whop; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to paying customers.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't promise any particular uptime. The documentation shows how to fail open so that an outage of our service doesn't block your users.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to account holders. You can delete your sites and stop using the service at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
